In addition to individual work, I also offer structured dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) coping skills groups, in conjunction with The Day Clinic.
Our DBT program is based on the work and current research of Marsha Linehan, and focuses on practical skills for the following:
- Mindfulness skills
- Distress tolerance
- Emotional regulation
- Interpersonal effectiveness
