Many people can benefit from therapy; it’s a safe space to discuss what’s bothering you with a neutral third party. As a clinical psychologist I deal not only with day to day problems but also deeper, more pressing and diagnosable issues like Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression and Panic Attacks.
I work primarily with adults and adolescents in individual therapy, and I am involved in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) group therapy. I also conduct a wide range of psychometric assessments, such as IQ tests and Rorsharch personality assessment. I am also involved in supervision of those newly-qualified in various helping professions.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
